TSA Event Coordinator Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the site selection. Bring to the TSA meeting choices of locations with boats and conditions that resemble the Finals as closely as possible. Selection of boats and sites will be made at the TSA Annual Meeting.

2. Provide the Event Chairperson with a copy of this document.

3. Work with the Host Club Event Chairman to ensure that good race management is assured.

4. Appoint the judges for the event. Determine the on-the-water relationship between the Judges and the Race Committee during the running of the races.

5. Arrange for trophies to be purchased and delivered to the Host Club for presentation immediately after the event.

6. Make sure ail paperwork is completed properly for the winners) to present at the next level of competition.

7. Insure that all damages are assessed properly.
