Regatta of the Year
The TSA Regatta of the Year award is presented annually at the final Youth Circuit event.
The perpetual award was crafted by John Focke in 2003.

Lakewood Yacht Club for the 2021 USODA Team Trials

Corpus Christi Yacht Club for the J/80 World Championships

The David B. Greene Award for the year's outstanding PRO was awarded to John Nicholson for long time service to Texas Youth Race Week."

From the 2004 TSA Minutes: "Commodore Kolius announced that the 2004 recipient of the Arthur P. Nazro Award (Host Club) is Texas Corinthian Yacht Club for the Opti Team Trials. The David B. Green Race Management Trophy (PRO) was awarded to Brad Davis of Rush Creek Yacht Club for the Black Tie Regatta."

Houston Yacht Club for the Laser/4270 Olympic Trials

From the 2003 TSA Minutes: "Commodore Kolius presented the Arthur P. Nazro Trophy for Race Management Excellence to Houston Yacht Club for the Laser/4270 Olympic Trials. The David B. Greene PRO of the Year award was presented to Robert W. Gough for the J/80 World Championship. A new trophy for this award was designed by John Focke with assistance from Jim Tichenor, both previous winners. The trophy was built using teak wood, familiar to all sailors with an aroma associated with yachts, articulated waves where it all happens and stone which is a strong image anchored to Texas. Nameplates are visible from both sided and Mr. Focke also provided a traveling case for the exquisite piece of art."

Nazro trophy for race management excellence by a member club was presented jointly to Chandlers Landing and Rush Creek Yacht Clubs for the 2001 Adams/Mallory Finals (Patriot Cup). The newly established Dr. David Greene PRO of the Year award for race management excellence by an individual was given to John Focke of Houston Yacht Club for his work on a multitude of regattas during the 2001 season."
